Return Policy

One Stop Toner & Inkjet will gladly accept returns on defective remanufactured & compatible products within 6 months of purchase upon product evaluation. No credit will be given on cartridges used 90% +.  Please note that you must have a valid receipt for all returns and exchanges. We will accept returns of unused/unopened remanufactured & compatible products within 6 months of purchase with restocking fees. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

One Stop Toner & Inkjet will accept returns of factory sealed OEM products in resalable condition within 1 month from the date of purchase. Please note that restocking and/or buy-back fees will apply. Buyer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs. We do not accept returns of OEM items in non-factory sealed box condition.

One Stop Toner & Inkjet does not accept returns on defective OEM product on the following brands: Brother, Samsung, Xerox. Customer will be given toll free number to call the manufacturer.

We do not accept returns of special order items for any reason.
